TERMS OF SERVICE

1. GENERAL OVERVIEW & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service (the “Terms,” “Agreement,” or “TOS”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “user,” “customer,” “member,” or “subscriber”) and TruePlug® (“TruePlug,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to, use of, and purchase of any products, services, subscriptions, digital materials, or related offerings made available through our website, platforms, portals, or communications.

By accessing our website, completing a checkout process, enrolling in any trial, subscription, or membership, downloading digital materials, or otherwise using our services in any manner, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional disclosures presented at checkout or delivery, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use TruePlug® in any capacity.

2. SCOPE AND NATURE OF SERVICES (DIGITAL PRODUCTS ONLY)

TruePlug® operates exclusively as a provider of digital informational products and digital access services. Under no circumstances does TruePlug® sell, ship, or distribute physical goods.

Our offerings may include, without limitation:

Digitally delivered supplier and vendor information
Downloadable digital files, documents, PDFs, guides, databases, and resources
Subscription-based or membership-based access to proprietary digital vaults, libraries, or supplier lists
Periodically updated or refreshed digital content provided during an active subscription term

All products, materials, and access are delivered electronically via secure links, digital portals, dashboards, or email correspondence. Delivery is deemed complete at the moment access is granted, regardless of whether the user downloads, views, or utilizes the materials.

3. REFUNDS, DISPUTES, AND CHARGEBACKS

All purchases made through TruePlug® are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

One-time digital purchases
Subscription enrollments
Membership fees
Trial conversions

Once digital access is granted—whether through login credentials, downloads, email delivery, or portal access—you irrevocably waive any right to a refund, reversal, or credit, regardless of usage, satisfaction, or perceived results.

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with a payment processor or financial institution after access has been delivered shall be considered a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access without notice.

TruePlug® reserves the right to submit transaction records, delivery confirmations, IP access logs, timestamps, policy disclosures, and all relevant documentation to contest any dispute.

4. THIRD-PARTY VENDORS & INFORMATION DISCLAIMER

TruePlug® functions solely as an informational intermediary and digital access provider. We do not operate, manage, own, endorse, or control any third-party suppliers, vendors, manufacturers, or service providers referenced within our materials.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

All vendors are independent third parties
Vendor pricing, inventory, quality, shipping, fulfillment, and business practices are beyond our control
TruePlug® makes no representations or warranties regarding supplier performance or reliability
Any communication, transaction, or agreement with a supplier occurs solely between you and that supplier

TruePlug® does not guarantee income, profitability, success, or results of any kind.

5. USER INFORMATION & ACCOUNT ACCURACY

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout, account creation, and any subsequent updates.

TruePlug® reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate access if information provided is inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise in violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE & RESTRICTIONS

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

Share, resell, sublicense, lease, or redistribute TruePlug® content
Copy, scrape, reproduce, or duplicate supplier information
Allow third parties to access your account or materials
Use content for unlawful, deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent purposes
Misrepresent TruePlug®, its services, or its materials

Any violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access without notice or refund.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, branding, logos, trademarks, digital materials, proprietary databases, compilations, and resources provided by TruePlug® are the exclusive property of TruePlug® and are protected by applicable intellectual property, copyright, and trademark laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All services, materials, and digital products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

TruePlug® expressly disclaims liability for:

Lost revenue, profits, or business opportunities
Supplier disputes or third-party failures
Financial losses or expectations
Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

Use of ProfitSource® is entirely at your own risk.

9. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

TruePlug® reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violations of these Terms
Abuse, misuse, or fraud
Excessive disputes or chargebacks

Termination does not entitle the user to any refund or compensation.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

ProfitSource® reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time by posting revised terms on our website. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
